JARS SRD v1.2

Late night, can't sleep, decided to make more tabletop stuff!

Added two mechanics from old projects, reworked to fit into JARS as "Variations" - optional ways to play that can change things up a bit. First off is DICE POOLS. I'm a huge fan of Shadowrun, so I do like me some dice pools- this is a balanced way I hope to include them!
I also added in some rules from a draft of "FISTS OF JUSTICE" - CHAINS. Also a variation, CHAINS are created and maintained by repeatedly rolling Critical Successes!

More work to come on STRIFE AGGRESS as well, I'll start to run combat tests soon before it gets implemented into the main book.
