JARS SRD v1.3 - Fixes and Examples

Hey all!

Took some time to rewrite some stuff near the beginning and end of the SRD- just to make it a bit clearer on what the project is and the goals of the system. As well, I added in a page on actually building a game framework with JARS. It's my hope that people might pick up on the system if they're new to tabletop design, so I tried to write as best I could my personal process for planning stuff out. Hope it helps!
